Global HR & Payroll Modernization

A global organization was modernizing its HR and payroll platform, a system used by tens of thousands of employees across multiple regions. The modernization effort was ambitious but heavily constrained by legacy processes, complex dependencies, and inconsistent workflows.

My role focused on bringing structure and clarity to the program: redesigning workflows, strengthening governance, improving data traceability, and ensuring teams had reliable processes that supported predictable delivery.

At The MIL Corporation, my work expanded from business analysis into Jira administration. I implemented Jama-based traceability, redesigned workflows, automated manual imports, and improved handoffs between teams.
