AI-Assisted Modernization

A legacy logistics and sales platform supporting international partners needed to modernize decades of COBOL logic into a clear, scalable system. The environment was complex, multi-team, and burdened by slow, manual analysis. My role was to design AI-assisted workflows that clarified requirements, accelerated delivery, and brought teams into alignment, ultimately transforming ambiguity into structure and momentum.

As Proxy Product Owner and analyst on the joint Modus21/KPMG team, I designed AI-assisted workflows that translated COBOL into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and pseudocode. I coordinated product, architecture, engineering, and security within a SAFe delivery environment.
