## Overview

Rosetta Stone’s move from physical language-learning software toward online services spanned distinct US, European, and Korean market sites. Each experience needed to fit its market while supporting the broader product transition.

## My contribution

As Senior Global Project Manager, I coordinated the regional delivery work and was responsible for My Account from planning through implementation.

-   Design for each market: coordinated delivery of distinct regional site experiences within the Rosetta Stone brand.
-   Coordinate global delivery: aligned teams across time zones and managed technical dependencies and compliance requirements.
-   Own My Account: held full responsibility for the My Account workstream within the broader global program.

## Outcomes

Delivered regional site experiences and the My Account workstream during the move toward online learning.
