A national environmental agency needed to modernize its decade-old coastal data platforms, a suite of tools used by planners, researchers, local governments, and environmental professionals. The systems were vast, fragmented, and inconsistent, with uneven UX patterns and growing technical debt.

## My contribution

As Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with NOAA/Lynker, I coordinated a multi-year modernization effort across hundreds of pages, tools, datasets, and internal workflows.

-   Coordinated modernization of major coastal data tools and public-facing platforms
-   Improved UX, accessibility, data clarity, and information architecture
-   Designed new workflows for training systems, environmental datasets, and mapping tools
-   Aligned diverse stakeholders (scientists, analysts, engineers, outreach teams)
-   Delivered tangible increases in usage, engagement, and operational efficiency

## Outcomes

Nationwide impact, with double-digit traffic increases.
