## Overview

ClockPad was a B2C SaaS platform designed to automate front-desk operations for service businesses, with early testing focused on financial advisors, who needed structured, rule-driven scheduling to manage complex appointments, compliance constraints, and client communication patterns.

## My contribution

As founder, I took ClockPad through concept, market validation, UX design, rules-engine logic, prototyping, investor pitching, and an MVP. Early pilots with financial advisors tested rule-driven scheduling against real appointment constraints. The venture secured angel investment.

- Designed the scheduling rules, user flows, prototypes, and functional specifications.
- Built and launched an MVP.
- Ran early pilots with financial advisors to refine rules-based scheduling.

## Outcomes

Angel seed investment secured, MVP launched

## Technology & methods
