## Overview

A system for managing coastal project grants needed a major redesign after its initial build fell short. Applicants and reviewers needed clearer workflows and a more reliable platform, with a plan for longer-term modernization.

## My contribution

I ran discovery sessions, coordinated refactoring and feature corrections, and planned for Azure migration. Applicants and reviewers needed clearer steps, more stable behavior, and less friction in administering coastal projects.
