## Overview

Bunulu, a coastal-lifestyle brand from Bealls, needed its first online storefront. The Magento site had to reflect the brand and connect ecommerce with store operations, merchandising, and content.

## My contribution

At Blue Acorn, I ran discovery workshops, shaped the UX, and planned integrations for the Bealls brand. Work covered Magento delivery, POS integration, experience requirements, and early merchandising and content workflows.

## Outcomes

First e-commerce platform successfully launched
